Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Costs in Italy

• Cost €8 (surcharge of €4 for Cash on Delivery)
• Cost €14 for Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia (surcharge of €4 for Cash on Delivery)

Shipping Times

Online Payments

If the product is in stock, shipments are processed within 1–2 working days from receipt of payment.

Cash on Delivery Payments

• Orders received by 2:00 PM: processed the same day, if the product is available.
• Orders received after 2:00 PM: processed the next day, if the product is available.

Shipping Conditions

Goods are shipped carriage paid, insured with charge on invoice. In case of freight collect, the risk transfers to the customer upon delivery to the courier.

Upon receipt, the customer must check the integrity of the packages and the correspondence with the accompanying document (DDT).

Any discrepancies must be noted on the DDT and confirmed within 7 days by fax or registered mail to LGK Racing Kart Srl.

Couriers Used

• Bartolini Courier – Italy & Europe
• DHL Courier – International (only for small-sized parcels)

Delivery Methods

Deliveries are made by express courier appointed by LGK Racing Kart Srl:

• No prior phone notice is given.
• If the customer is absent, a second attempt or phone contact for redelivery within 24 hours is planned.
• After a further failed attempt, LGK Racing Kart Srl will try to contact the customer to resolve the issue.
• If unsuccessful, the order will be canceled due to failed delivery and the customer will be notified via email.
• Any amounts already paid will be refunded minus the expenses incurred.

Delivery Check

We invite the customer to verify that:

• The number of packages matches what is stated on the delivery note.
• The packaging shows no damage, tampering, or alterations.

If anomalies are found, it is possible to refuse the delivery or accept it with reservations.

Delivery Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM and 2:00 PM–6:00 PM.
• It is not possible to choose an exact time, but a preference between "morning" or "afternoon" can be indicated.
• No deliveries are made on holidays or pre-holidays.
